Budget priorities

10.: Measure K: Adopt a resolution authorizing a one-time grant of district-discretionary Measure K funds, not to exceed $27,900, to First 5 San Mateo County to conduct additional spending data analysis for the Baby Bonus Pilot Program, and authorizing the County Executive, or designee, to execute the grant agreement

37.: Adopt a resolution authorizing the Sheriff or Sheriff’s designee to execute amendments to interagency agreements with other public agencies in amounts that do not exceed $500,000 each, utilizing solely the $5,857,265 of funding from the FY 2024 Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) grant, for the purpose of reimbursing those agencies for the cost of personnel assigned to the Northern California Regional Intelligence Center

9.: Adopt a resolution: A) Approving the Workforce Entry & Economic Growth Initiative; and B) Authorizing the County Executive to allocate up to $2,000,000 to the Initiative; and C) Authorizing the County Executive, or designee, to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to select a qualified organization to administer the program and, in consultation with the County Attorney, to negotiate and execute an agreement with the selected organization

17.: Adopt a resolution authorizing the President to execute an agreement with Macias, Gini, & O’Connell LLP to conduct a comprehensive, data-driven assessment of the Sheriff’s Office’s financial and budget management practices for an amount not to exceed $127,200 for a term of January 13, 2026 to June 30, 2026

7.: Adopt a resolution authorizing an agreement with Bay Area Peninsula Anesthesia Associates, Inc. for anesthesia services, for the term of March 1, 2026 through February 28, 2029, in an amount not to exceed $7,606,528

26.: Adopt a resolution authorizing a third amendment to the vascular surgery agreement with Sutter Bay Medical Foundation, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation dba Palo Alto Medical Foundation for Health Care, Research, and Education (PAMF) to increase the “not to exceed” amount of the agreement by $35,107 to an amount of $1,714,274

21.: Adopt a resolution finding that remote member attendance at meetings of eligible subsidiary bodies established by the Board of Supervisors would enhance public access and promote the attraction, retention, and diversity of members of advisory commissions and authorizing fully online meetings for eligible subsidiary bodies
