19th Avenue Rehabilitation Project Caltrans has scheduled lane closures for the 19th Avenue Rehabilitation Project for paving of the California Street and Park Presidio intersection starting tonight, Thursday, August 6 and continuing tomorrow, Friday, August 7.

Crews will be repaving both sides of the street:

On Thursday Aug. 6 from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. the next morning: Two southbound lanes and one northbound lane, plus the median area.

On Friday, August 7 from midnight until 5 a.m. the next morning: the remaining northbound lanes and the other southbound lane.

Outside Lands Road Closures As a reminder, the Outside Lands concert series begins tomorrow. All roads that run through the western end of Golden Gate Park will be closed to traffic starting tonight at 8pm.

Community Hotline: (415) 965-8001. The Community Hotline will be staffed to respond to any issues during the following dates and times:Thursday, August 6: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Friday, August 7 – Sunday, August 9: 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. Parking and Driveway Access

The SFMTA will respond to blocked driveway and sidewalk access complaints via 311 (or 415-701-2311) and the 311 app. The San Francisco Transportation Code allows residents to park in the street and block their own driveway provided the driveway does not serve more than two tenants.

During Outside Lands, the SFMTA will enforce blocked driveways on a complaint basis only. During event days, there are dedicated tow trucks and Parking Control Officers on each side of the Park to quickly respond to blocked driveways or any other parking issues related to the festival.
