ROLL CALL 2.   PUBLIC COMMENT: This portion of the agenda is reserved for persons desiring to address the Committee on any matter not on the agenda but are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Mobility Management & Capital Programs (MMCP) Committee. ACTION ITEM -Recommend that the VTA Board of Directors adopt a resolution authorizing the filing of an annual claim to the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) for allocation of eligible FY 2026-27 Transportation Development Act (TDA) and State Transit Assistance (STA) funds. 6.   INFORMATION ITEM -Receive the Valley Transportation Plan (VTP) Transportation Program Semi-Annual Report Ending December 31, 2025.

INFORMATION ITEM -Receive the 2000 Measure A Transit Improvement Program Semi-Annual Report Ending December 31, 2025. REGULAR AGENDA 8.   ACTION ITEM -Recommend that the VTA Board of Directors authorize the General Manager/CEO to execute the necessary funding agreement and subsequent amendments with the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board (PCJPB) for the At-Grade Crossing Safety Enhancements Pilot Project under the 2016 Measure B Caltrain Corridor Capacity Improvements Program Category. 9.   ACTION ITEM -Recommend that the VTA Board of Directors approve the following programming   actions   for   constructing   the   Bascom   Avenue   Complete   Streets Improvements project for submission to the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) and California Transportation Commission (CTC): a)   Deprogram $17.5 million in Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP) funds; b)   Request an AB 3090 amendment for $17.5 million in RTIP funds; and c)   Program $17.5 million in Local Partnership Program-Formulaic (LPP-F) funds for construction of the project.
