ACTION ITEM- Approve the Regular Meeting Minutes of February 19, 2026. 5.   ACTION   ITEM   - Recommend   that   the   VTA   Board   of   Directors   Adopt   a   resolution authorizing eligible multijurisdictional bodies of the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority   to   use   alternative   teleconferencing   for   their   meetings,   as   permitted   under Government Code Sections 54953.8 and 54953.8.7. updated 3/18/26

ACTION ITEM -Recommend that the VTA Board of Directors adopt a resolution authorizing the eligible subsidiary bodies of the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority   to   utilize   alternative   teleconferencing   procedures   for   their   meetings,   as permitted under Government Code Sections 54953.8 and 54953.8.6. 7.   INFORMATION ITEM -Receive an assessment on the use of consultants by VTA. REGULAR AGENDA 8.   ACTION ITEM -Recommend that the VTA Board of Directors review and accept the FY2026 Second Quarter Statement of Revenues & Expenses. 9.   ACTION   ITEM   -Recommend   that   the   VTA   Board   of   Directors   approve   the augmentation   and   modification   to   the   Fiscal   Year   2026   Adopted   Budget   by $63.34 million to incorporate the following: •   Augment the Transit Operating budget by $50.21 million. •   Amend the Capital Program budget by $13.13 million, including $7.30 million from VTA Transit Funds, $4.83 million funded from Federal Grant Funds and $1.0 million from State Grant (STA-SGR) Funds. 10.   ACTION ITEM -Recommend that the VTA Board of Directors review and approve the Government Affairs Report as well as legislative positions included in the Legislative Matrix for April, 2026. 11.   INFORMATION ITEM -Review and accept the Monthly Investment Report for January 2026. 12.   INFORMATION ITEM -Review the Monthly Procurements and Contracts Report for January 2026: Open Procurements Report OTHER ITEMS 13.   Items of Concern and Referral to Administration. 14.
