ACTION ITEM -Approve the Regular Meeting Minutes of March 11, 2026. 7.   ACTION ITEM -Recommend that the VTA Board of Directors: 1)   Approve the recommended project list for the 2016 Measure B Bicycle & Pedestrian Planning Studies Competitive Grant Program Cycle 3 call for projects; and 2)   Authorize the General Manager/CEO to execute the necessary agreements for the 2016 Measure B Bicycle & Pedestrian Planning Studies Competitive Grant Program funds. 8.   INFORMATION ITEM -Receive the 2025 Annual Transportation Systems Monitoring Program Report. 9.   INFORMATION ITEM -Receive the FY2026 Transit Operations Performance Report Q2 (July 1, 2025 - Dec.31, 2025). 10.   INFORMATION ITEM -Receive information on the status of VTA's zero-emission bus fleet transition. 2000   MEASURE   A   CITIZENS   WATCHDOG   COMMITTEE   REGULAR AGENDA 11.   INFORMATION ITEM - Receive a status update from Crowe LLP on the independent compliance audit of 2000 Measure A revenues and expenditures for Fiscal Year 2025 period. ACTION ITEM -Recommend that the VTA Board of Directors: 1)   Approve the One Bay Area Grant Cycle 4 (OBAG 4) program and project selection criteria; and 2)   Approve $4.15 million in supplement funds for Congestion Management Agency (CMA)/County   Transportation   Agency   (CTA)   planning   and   programming activities to be implemented and managed for fiscal years 2026-27 through 2029-30. 13.
