These attendees can join virtually from any location without needing to inform TAC Administration staff and are not subject to Satellite/Auxiliary Location participation requirements. Non-voting members who wish to attend a meeting and provide input on behalf of a voting jurisdiction or a voting organization are subject to the same meeting location requirements as voting members and must attend from a Satellite/Auxiliary Location. A voting member can listen to a meeting via the selected teleconference platform as an observer if they cannot attend the meeting from an Auxiliary or Satellite Location but will not be given microphone access during the meeting.
