ROLL CALL 2. ACTION ITEM -Recommend that the VTA Board of Directors approve the revised criteria for use in evaluation and project selection for VTA’s Transportation Fund for Clean Air 40% program. 6. ACTION ITEM -Recommend that the VTA Board of Directors adopt a program resolution for VTA's FY25- 26 Low Carbon Transportation and Operations Program (LCTOP) population -based grant in the amount of $5,103,125 for the Transit Signal Priority (TSP) Implementation Project for Routes 66/68/568. ACTION ITEM -Recommend that the VTA Board of Directors adopt a program resolution for VTA's FY25- 26 Low Carbon Transportation and Operations Program (LCTOP) revenue -based projects for $5,126,719 for the On-Route Charging Project. 8. ACTION ITEM -Recommend that the VTA Board of Directors: 1) Adopt a resolution to direct $5,462,340 in State of Good Repair (SGR) funds for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-27 to the Bus Procurement and the Guadalupe Entrance Security Improvements, Phase 2 projects; and 2) Authorize the General Manager/CEO or her designee to execute grant-related documentation such as applications, agreements, certifications, and assurances. 9. INFORMATION ITEM -Receive an update on the Palo Alto Mobility Hub planning efforts. 10. INFORMATION ITEM -Receive an update on the VTP Capital Program and status of select capital projects in the Program for the period of July 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. 11. INFORMATION ITEM -Receive an overview of the Transit-Oriented Communities Grant Cycle 3. 12. INFORMATION ITEM -Receive the 2025 Annual Transportation Systems Monitoring Program Report. REGULAR AGENDA 13. ACTION ITEM -Recommend that the VTA Board of Directors approve the recommended list of projects to receive $2.5 million in funding from the Vehicle Registration Fee for Intelligent Transportation Systems (VRF-ITS) - Cycle 5 competitive grant program. 14. ACTION ITEM -Recommend that the VTA Board of Directors: 1) Approve the recommended project list for the 2016 Measure B Bicycle & Pedestrian Planning Studies Competitive Grant Program Cycle 3 call for projects; and 2) Authorize the General Manager/CEO to execute the necessary agreements for the 2016 Measure B Bicycle & Pedestrian Planning Studies Competitive Grant Program funds.
